So here is the new view driving down Grand Boulevard on the East Side… That is really disorienting to look at. For anyone who has not heard, the two lane Packard assembly line overpass above East Grand Boulevard fell to the ground last week during a heavy snow/sleet storm. The City of Detroit did a great job cleaning up that mess, you cant even tell the bridge was ever there now. The man who owns this building is the same man who owns the Grand Trunk Cold Storage building where a person died on January 13th while exploring with friends.
As you can see, these buildings are not at all secured, with no attempt to even place plywood over the giant holes.
