These old loftified buildings would be fun to live in if I knew I wouldn’t have to wear a bulletproof vest at night in the city of Detroit, or maybe it is the perception that I do.

Auto insurance companies are not happy either with the place.

Nice. I’ve got a shot of that place back from 2000 or 2001 with a tree growing out the side of the mainfloor.

It’s crazy how well built those places are.
