You can see they are serious about this project, this is not the hit and run style demolition being committed by the Mayor which leaves a giant hole or a complete mess. Here they are digging out the basements and foundations and infrastructure like pipes etc.
Too bad this whole area stinks like crazy burned garbage juice. This big stanky thing needs some regulation, quickly. Gawd that is awful.
