The Stott has to be thinking, “if they’ll do that to the Lafayette, will I be far behind ?”

Well – thats the big question. I wouldnt think any structure would rank against MCS or Packard for needing to be torn down first. Yet instead we get Tiger Stadium and Lafayette.
What criteria does the city use in deciding to tear a building down? No chance of redevelopment or that it’s becoming a public harard?
