The Brush Park house I like to call “Noface” has been condemned by the City of Detroit.
Glad they got right on this..the face caved in a decade ago. This begs the question however, why is it so impossible for the City of Detroit to condemn the Packard property ? And why does the country treasurer continue to break the law by not seizing the Packard property for failing to pay property tax or back taxes ?

Wow, Noface was actually a very beautiful building at one time. It’s a shame nobody took care of it.
