This was always one of the highlights of the bike ride from midtown to GPP. It seems to stay in decent condition – is there a group/someone keeping it up?
I think there has to be somebody caretaking – the roof looks like it has updated materials and flashing.
A few years ago it was advertised for sale at $250,000 for the “world’s largest loft”
